Thomas W. Stevens
Tom Stevens is an acquisitions Principal responsible for sourcing, structuring, and managing investments across all asset classes to meet CrossHarbor’s investment parameters. Mr. Stevens joined CrossHarbor Capital Partners in 2008 after fifteen years at Bank of America and predecessor organizations, where he was a Managing Director responsible for TriSail Capital Corporation’s southeastern investment activities. Tom started his career in Fleet’s Management Training Program in 1993 and transitioned to real estate workouts after successfully completing the program. After three years as a Vice President in Fleet’s Managed Assets Division working out large, complex real estate transactions, Tom joined Fleet’s National Real Estate Group in 1997 where he provided senior mortgages for acquisition and development financing to some of the largest national property owners. In 2000, Tom joined TriSail Capital Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fleet Bank that invested subordinate debt and equity in opportunistic and high-yielding real estate investments.
Tom obtained a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Rhode Island. Tom is a member of the University of Rhode Island Finance Advisory Board, is an Officer of the Real Estate Lenders Association in Boston, and is a member of ULI’s Multifamily Gold Council.
